Went with white strips because of a whiteout theme with my jeep. The strips are BRIGHT. For 8.99 you cannot beat them, they are extremely bright. The 3m tape is crap and does not stick to anything for more than a few seconds. I took duct tape and rolled it into a double side loop and used that to hold them in place. Works for now for me to get around to rig up a better mount. If you have never done electrical wiring before I would get assistance. The strips come with nothing but two wires, a positive and a ground. You need to be familiar with relays and in-line fuses and switches to wire these properly. It isn't hard to learn with a couple google searches if need be. I'm ordering more for my back seat and my cargo back area ;

Added to white strips to the front of my bike as a DRL and they look great. I get lots of complements from other crews on the look.

Beautiful, installed these on a 1993 E36 BMW in the foot wells after doing a full LED upgrade. Looks great and enough light with the red ones to find anything on the floor boards and doesn't inhibit vision at night. Note, make sure to instal these out of line of sigh of the driver, glow doesn't distract vision but if they are in view they are very bright.
