Have installed these with a set of the H4 35watt HID bulbs on a GMC Kodiak 4500 chassis ambulance. The have worked great, have been running them for around 2 years now. Am now having to buy another set from the lenses getting too hazy to allow enought light out. Also they are thinner than the sealed beams that they replaced so had to cut sheet metal screws and screw into the rear of the units to act as a spacer. A simple fix, even though a slight inconvience.
