Plus, we’ve eliminated the bulky additional parts needed to power this beautifully designed piece of the future. Compared to HID projector predecessors, the DDM Tuning Bi-LED Projector Headlight only has 3 wires in total needed to power! Plus, each wire is a direct connection to the main output of the vehicle. Meaning, no more power output failures or surges from “middle man” additions of harnesses, adapters, or ballasts.
A direct connection also means more energy efficiency. The intense research and testing by DDM Tuning has resulted in the creation of an advanced smart motherboard technology housed within the Bi-LED Projector’s compact design. This smart motherboard only pulls the power that is needed–nothing more. Again, gone are the days of lighting failures and bulb replacements.
With our threaded and rounded shaft advancement, we’ve eliminated the cutting and scratching that came with projector headlight retrofits. With our bi-LED projector, all you need to do is slip the rounded shaft into the headlight housing socket and securing in place with our provided silicon ring, housing ring, and hex nut.
You also won’t find plastic anywhere on this black and chrome beauty! With an all aluminum body, this minimalist and sleek design was made to withstand the heat from the powerful light output it gives. Simply, turn the projector over, and you’ll see the black aluminum heat sink surrounding the high powered fan impeller. This fan impeller is located directly under the protection of the aluminum fan grill cover, promising efficient non stop cooling for our powerful LED chip housed within the projector body.
